Data Center Software Series: Transaction Window + Saving and Exporting Captures
The Data Center Software is Total Phase's bus monitoring software for I2C, SPI, CAN, USB, and eSPI protocols and offers various features to help with the debugging process. In our latest Data Center Software blog series, we highlighted the Transaction Window and how to save and export data captures.
The Transaction Window in the Data Center Software displays all the data captured on the bus in real time and provides users with an easy way to interpret and analyze various aspects of the data. Users can view each message on the bus in a single record and view corresponding information, including its timestamp, duration, length of bytes, and any error codes.
While users can review data as it appears on the bus in real time within the software, the Data Center Software also allows users to save data captures that can be reviewed at a later date or by another colleague. Additionally, users can export the data into other file types that can be used for other applications or within external programs for further analysis.
