Data Center Software Series: Current/Voltage Monitor and LTSSM View
|
The Data Center Software offers numerous features to help engineers debug their USB, I2C, SPI, CAN, and eSPI systems. We've recently published two blogs that focus on features, the Current/Voltage Monitor and the LTSSM View, that specifically help debug USB systems. Current/Voltage Monitor The Current/Voltage Monitor offers a convenient way for users to correlate USB data traffic with power events, including monitoring USB VBUS current and voltage drawn from the bus by the target device. Users can also use this feature to correlate USB Power Delivery traffic with the current and voltage measurements on VBUS and VCONN, as well as the voltage of CC1 and CC2 lines. Read the full blog here: Data Center Software Series: Current/Voltage Monitor LTSSM View LTSSM, or Link Training and Status State Machine, defines the link connectivity and link power management between SuperSpeed USB host and target devices. The LTSSM View in the Data Center Software allows users to track the progression of top-level SuperSpeed LTSSM transitions during a capture. Spotlight: Komodo CAN Duo Interface

Great piece of test equipment for CAN development and testing. Very happy with the purchase and the customer service. Why did I buy from Total Phase? I purchased the Beagle USB 12 Protocol Analyzer a good 7 years ago when developing a USB stack for an embedded system. It was a pleasure to use the analyzer. So when I needed a CAN protocol analyzer, I knew the Komodo from Total Phase would satisfy my requirements.
