Order Online

Ordering online through our website is safe and easy. When placing an order, your personal information is encrypted and transmitted securely through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is an encryption protocol that is the industry standard for secure browser communication. Your credit card information is never transmitted in the open and is never shared with any third party.

Major Credit Cards

Total Phase accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How to Order Online

To order Total Phase products, simply look for the "Add to Cart" buttons on the product page. When clicked, your shopping cart will be updated.

In the shopping cart, you can add, remove and modify the quantities of your items. Once you are ready to check out, simply click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You can view your shopping cart at any time. Simply click on the "View Cart" link at the top of the page.

Shipping

Retail orders placed online before 5 PM EST ship the same day.

Total Phase ships all orders via FedEx Express.

Domestic orders within the United States can choose from:

  • FedEx Express Overnight (1 day)
  • FedEx Express 2Day (2 days)
  • FedEx Express Saver (3 days)

International customers, including customers in Canada and Puerto Rico, can choose from:

  • FedEx International Priority (2-3 days)
  • FedEx International Economy (4-5 days)

As a courtesy, estimated delivery times are provided for each service level. Total Phase cannot guarantee delivery times. Please visit the FedEx Express website for more information about their services, www.fedex.com.

Pre-payment

If you would prefer not to place your order online, Total Phase can accept payment by wire transfer or bank check. We require that payment be received in full before the product is shipped. There is an additional USD$25 processing fee for orders of less than $2000. There may also be an additional fee for the wire transfer. In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days of the funds clearing.

Purchase Orders

In order to accept your company purchase order, we require an account to be set up in our accounting system (accounts must be pre-approved before we accept purchase orders). If you are interested in setting up an account, feel free to call us at (408) 850-6501 or send an email to sales@totalphase.com with the following:

  • Provide a brief cover letter and let us know:
    1. Is your purchase recurring or one time only?
    2. What is the estimated amount? (so a credit limit can be determined).

We will then provide you with the credit application to complete. We require signed credit application and three bank and trade references to move forward with the application process.

It generally takes 1-5 business days to process new account requests. Total Phase reserves the right to refuse net terms to any company. Total Phase also reserves the right to cancel any company's account based on payment delinquency.

Once your account is set up, the following will apply:

  • There is a $1000 per purchase order minimum.
  • Payment terms for purchase orders are NET 30 after shipment of product.
  • Most orders placed via purchase orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern are fulfilled and shipped the same day.
  • Prices quoted on our website do not include applicable tax or shipping. Those charges will be added separately.
  • You must specify your shipping preference (express, next day, ground, etc.) within the purchase order. If requesting a carrier of your choosing, please provide your freight account number on the purchase order. Total Phase only ships via UPS and FedEx. If you do not supply a freight account, Total Phase will ship via FedEx and add the shipping charge to the invoice.

International Distributors

The fastest and easiest way to order Total Phase products if you are not based in the United States is through one of our international distributors.

Please be advised that when purchasing products directly from Total Phase, importation tariffs, duties, and taxes are not included. The customer is solely responsible for paying these fees. Your local distributor's price may differ from the suggested retail price because of these importation taxes and fees.

Countries with No Distributors

If there are no distributors available for your country or any neighboring countries, you can place your order with Total Phase. Total Phase accepts international orders online by credit card or pre-paid bank transfer.

At this time, Total Phase does not extend net terms for International orders. Customers requiring net terms may wish to purchase from one of our international distributors.
