This is a great tool for development. Easy to attach to target boards. Good, simple software API. The extra GPIO and variable target & I/O voltages [as compared to Aardvark] are extremely useful in my dev/test environment.

We purchased the Promira to program flash chips in Quad mode for R&D. The unit is extremely versatile and well-priced. The software is simple and convenient but very effective. On top of that, the Total Phase sales and support folks are awesome! They're quick to respond to any issues and are great at following up on any suggestions or solutions.

I've worked with the Aardvark for years and recently purchased the Promira Serial Platform to work at faster speeds. Works great for SPI!
