Registration FAQ

Why should I register?

Registering provides many benefits. Through your account page, created upon completed registration, you will be able to keep track of past orders and pending shipments. Tracking information for open orders will be available along with invoices for all orders you may have placed in the past. Reordering is also now easier than ever with the option to duplicate a past order. You can even modify the shipping and billing information on the duplicate order in the event that you need to ship the same products to multiple users.

Any open quotes you may have will also be stored in your account information, allowing you to easily keep track of pricing and open requests. You will also be able to order straight from a quote by clicking the Buy Now button.

You will have the ability to store billing and shipping information, so you only have to enter it once, saving you time for all your future orders. Any credit card information that you choose to store is safely secured and encrypted. You can enter and store multiple shipping addresses for destinations around the world.

Any applicable software downloads will now be stored in one easy to find location in your account. Purchase a product and the corresponding software will be suggested to you upon checkout. This means no more searching for the right software.
