How Do I Capture All the USB Data from a Beagle USB 480 Protocol Analyzer, Including What is Not Visible on the Data Center Software Viewer, and Save It to a File?
Rena

Question from the Customer:

I’m trying to save all captured data, including the data that is displayed in the lower pane (the ASCII details) to a .csv file. However, my file shows the truncated data as displayed on the screen. How do I capture and save complete, fully intact data? I am using the Beagle USB 480 Protocol Analyzer and Data Center Software.

Response from Technical Support:

Thanks for your question! Not only is it possible, but it’s extremely easy to save all captured data using the Data Center Software. Here are the instructions:

  1. From the menu of the Data Center Software, click File and from the drop menu select Export.
  2. In the dialog window, enter the desired name of the data file in the text field and then click Save.

  3. In the next dialog window, disable (uncheck) Export Only Visible Records and then click OK.
